The research team from the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Mechanical Engineering had the opportunity to present the initial outcomes of the MCSecurity project at the 67th International Fair of Techniques and Technical Achievements, which is being implemented in cooperation with Duke University. The objectives that entail the development of advanced algorithms for timely detection and response to cyber-attacks in industrial control systems, especially on CNC machines and mobile robots, were presented to a broader audience. Supported by the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation members of the MCSecurity project team took part at the exhibition booth of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade. Visitors had the opportunity to learn in detail about the objectives of the MCSecurity project—specifically, how the use of artificial intelligence techniques can enhance the cybersecurity of production systems in the Republic of Serbia. What particularly stood out to the team was the unexpectedly high level of interest among attendees in cybersecurity and robotics for different purposess.
